Photos

I would appreciate it if you would not put a Head stone picture on the memorial if there is already one on the memorial, because having the same photo on the memorial makes it load slower and looks bad.

According to Find a Grave FAQ

If there is already a photo of the headstone, do not add a second similar photo unless the original is of poor quality and the new photo is dramatically better.
This leaves room for photos of the deceased within the five-photo limit on unsponsored memorials

Transfer

1) Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. You can add photos and suggest corrections without managing a memorial. With millions of members, there will be many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all members to manage their entire tree.

2) I will not transfer my direct relatives, This would be my, sibling, parents, all my grandparents, all my great-grandparents, all my 2nd great-grandparents, all my 3rd great-grandparents, all my 4th great-grandparents, niece/nephew, great-niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, great-aunt/uncle, or first cousin.
