I was b. in Tattnall Co, GA, grew up in Rincon, moved to Savannah after graduating high school and worked, married and raised my family here and it is definitely home, but my original roots still keep me anchored in Emanuel, Laurens, Candler & Tattnall counties. Genealogy has been my hobby and obsession for 50 yrs and between my ancestors and my husband's (Screven & Jenkins Co)I have compiled a database of abt 200,000 kin. Next to finding a golden nugget of info in a library, cemetery or courthouse, the most rewarding part of this hobby is sharing. If I can help anyone in my research areas, just let me know.
