Hi, my name is Jennifer Kim, oldest daughter of Terry D Thompson and Susan Marie Gatherers. I was raised more by my mother's side of the family then my father's side who was raised by his mother Venetia's second husband more then his own biolgical father Harold Floyd Sr Thompson.My father had a double bypass in 2004 and his heart is only functioning at less then 30% now plus he has only one kidney left and is diabetic to boot. He is doing fine considering but has asked me to help him locate other living family members for him and to also find out what I can about his side of the family, thus began my search to learn what ever it is I can on the Thompson side. So far I have met a new cousin who lives in Utah and found my father his step brother alive and living up in Alaska. Just goes to show you, you never know what you will find on here and where it will lead you. I am so greatful for all my blessings and those who have helped me along the way through this whole journey. My main family tree is on Ancestry.com and its called Footprints 2000 the year I started this quest to find out who and where my ancestors came from.
