I started out doing this for family and friends and have expanded it to others also. I love doing the research. If I have made any errors or you want anything added or changed please feel free to email me!
I am researching the Kappelman's (Kappelmann's), Holmes, Kersbergen's, Wichhart's, Rohde's, McGauvran's.
Please use the edit tab and SAC to ask for a transfer or update.
Please use the edit tab on the memorial page for corrections, additions or transfers .
Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not want to make the transfer. You may certainly request the transfer of memorials beyond the four generations, but the original contributor may choose not to transfer (the original contributor should make any corrections and add any addional information you have for that memorial, such as links to parents and spouses). Bulk surname requests should not be made.
Please take a moment and visit my beautiful mother Katherine Kersbergen
Thank you for leaving her flowers.
Please take a moment and visit my handsome nephew Frazier Rohde
Thank you for leaving Frazier flowers.
***PLEASE NOTE: "Real life" is taking up a lot of my time lately, so please understand if it takes me days or even weeks to respond to you. Thank you! :)***

You're very welcome Cindy. I was saddened to learn that Diana had passed away. The tragic death of her daughter cut short her own life, I believe. Thank you for establishing her memorial.

|Elizabeth Yates Johnson||David Wayland Marler|
I just added a very old photo to Wayland's memorial. He, his sister and I were playmates as children when his father, an Army chaplain was stationed at Camp Shelby outside Hattiesburg, MS. My grandmother rented out rooms and apartments in her home to army personnel and we became quite close to the Marlers. This photo was taken in the summer of 1946, I think. We had all driven down to the gulf coast, with several exploratory stops along the way and just finished lunch at Angelo's. Happy days.
|LP Temple||Photos of Geneva M. Temple|
Cindy - I am a Temple researcher, and was contacted by Paul Roales . He recently acquired a collection of snapshots taken by a woman Red Cross worker in Hawaii at the end of WW2. Unfortunately she never identifies herself even when she appears in the photos. Only 2 people are identified by full name in the photos. There is a Geneva Temple and an Esther Tatter, both Red Cross women. He wants to locate a member of her family to return the photos. Geneva - your great aunt, near as I can tell, never had children - so I am hoping we can make a connection for him and find those photos a proper home.
You are very welcome. Her story is very much like my mother's.

|Stella Eberhard||Wilhelmina Christina "Minnie" Kalas|
Hello--I've married into the Eberhard line 50 years ago and we come from Eberhard/Kalas marriage. I put in for Wilhelmina by my records and nothing came up so after getting some new Photos this year I put her name (new) in because nothing came up Wilhelmina born 27 Jan 1874 Merrill, Plymouth, Iowa died: 25 Mar 1918 Liberty, Merrill, Plymouth, Iowa; Buried 27 Mar 1918 Le Mars Memorial Cemetery, Le Mars, Plymouth, Iowa.
Evelyn Amelia Jane Eberhard Conjurski must come from 2nd marriage to Meta, I don't have a Family Group Sheet from that marriage
Lucille Elizabeth Eberhard or as her head stone states "Lucele E Eberhard" 1901-1909 died of Typhoid Fever and is daughter of Charles David and Wilhelmina Christina Kalas not "step".
I've done quite a bit of my husband Eberhard line while we were stationed in Germany and have many generations from it Charles' Grandfather, Michael Eberhard brought his family over in the 1850's, Charles David's Dad, David Carl was one of the older sibling that came with them.
