Salem Cemetery
Hi Andrea I was just wanting to point out that the Salem Cemetery you have pictured is actually for a church called Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Mortons Gap, Ky and not New Salem Church in Nortonville as its listed, I'm sorry if anyone else has pointed that out.

RE: James Catt
most of the census records and military records calculate to that date. But you never know for sure.Right?
Thank you Laura

dicksburg hill cemetery
Hi
I was wondering if you could change "Adelia Crow" to "Delia Crow". I have added some new photos to this memorial and would like to up date info. she was born in 1871. She shares a stone with "Sarah J Crow", If you could add this I would appriciate it.

Carie/Cardinal Trees
In addition to the Joe Cardinal/Elizabeth Carie branch of your tree...do you have, maybe, a Bertha Cardinal (Find A Grave# 63118930) who was the daughter of Joseph & Martha (Carie) Cardinal? Bertha's older sister, Iona Cardinal Sanneman (Find A Grave# 63139106) was my ggrandmother.

Beard family
Hi, my great grandfather was Peter Filmore Beard, born in Oct 1888 in English, Indiana. He married Janie Ann Keen Beard and they had the following children: Audrey, Delton, Kilburn, Rose and Anna Rae. I am trying to find his (Peter F Beard's) Mother and Father. I thought his father was William T and his Mother was Edna, but his obituary says his father was John Beard. Do you know anything about Peter Filmore Beard?
Thank you,
Janie Odle Lewis
(My grandmother was Audrey Lucille Beard Odle Ireland)

RE: West Salem Cemetery
Andrea, thanks for the info. I went to the Knox, Daviess site and must have skimmed over that part! Got a call back from Presbyteria of Ohio Valley and was told West Salem was actually Cumberland Presbyterian. Have rec'd info from the CP Assoc. in the past so know where to go for more info. Will let you know and also Vincennes Gen. Lib. Thanks again for replying, much appreciated. Gale

West Salem Cemetery
Notice the picture of the "West Salem" cemetery sign was posted by you. Do you know anything about the Presbyterian church that once was there. I can't seem to find any info about it (even from Vincennes Gen. Lib. or various online Presbyterian sites). I have Stokeley obits saying services were held at the church at West Salem (the last so far I've found was held in 1934) and a partial listing of names with the information that once a Presbyterian Church stood there. Thanks for any help on this. Gale
