Bio and Links
Bio Photo We completed a survey of all known cemeteries in McMinn County plus transcribed McMinn County death certificates from 1914-1955.
***************************
Surnames we are reseaching: Marvin's lineage = Templin, Click, Bryant, Sisk, Smith, Waddell, Gross. Samme's lineage = Carpenter, Simpson, Hutsell, Julian, Warren
***************************
Whenever we go out to fill a request, we try to take photos of a few of the surrounding burials. Never know when you might help someone find a lost relative. We also take tombstone pictures of any veterans we see, as we try to honor ALL VETERANS regardless of when they served.
***************************
A big "THANK YOU" to all the Find-A-Grave volunteers who have taken tombstone pictures for us.
***************************
We are always working on adding veterans to national cemeteries. Our way of honoring our veterans.

When asking for a memorial transfer, PLEASE use "Edit" then "Suggest A Correction" instead of posting message here. Thanks

Duplicate listing
Thank you for photographing my father's grave marker (James Daniel Broyles #82459401); unfortunately, I added his Find A Grave listing in 2008 and by the rules of Find A Grave, your listing is a later duplication. I would appreciate it if you would remove your listing.

Thank you.

I am researching a plane crash from 10/03/1946 and think this profile may be the second navigator from the flight. The middle initial differs depending on the new article, but otherwise, the name, age and date of death match. No bodies were recovered from the site, which was turned into a memorial. Since this is a military headstone, I am assuming it could be for memorial purposes. Do you have any information re: this interment? Thanks.
