Thank you so much for your input. I found that Leroy Wood was buried in Dallas.
I didn't want to delete his memorial until I knew for sure where he was buried.
My paperwork said that he was buried in Maypearl though. So I had to go by that.
His memorial for Maypearl Cemetery has been deleted.
Again, thank you. Dawna.

|Traci's Mom||RE: Token you left for Traci Fields|
Please forward your son's findagrave link. I would love to leave a flower on his memorial.
|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.
I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th. Actually, thanks to you and other findagravers, so far today Traci has received 6,026 flowers/tokens. That makes my family and I extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.
I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!
This is something I wrote for Traci:
It was a cold, quiet night at the cemetery. The snow was falling gently to the ground. The only sound that could be heard was the whistling of the wind. Off in the distance I suddenly heard the tiny sound of jingling bells. I looked around and wondered where the life was in the stillness of this cemetery.
As I gazed around, I saw a ray of moonbeam shining down on a small Christmas tree.
I thought to myself, "This is where the life is in the cemetery!"
Ring the bells this holiday season in memory of those you love.
Sharon (Traci's mom)
Thank you thank you thank you for transferring the page to me!

Hello, I just learned the memorial I created for my Grandfather's friend and copilot, Ernest Jones, was merged with your page along with my photo and the correct location of his burial. I was unaware this had happened. I would very much like to manage his page since he was a close friend of my grandfather and they died together. Thank you in advance. --Carol

Sherry, you are quite welcome. I saw your post on Facebook last night and looked with no success on Ancestry and Newpaper.com but found the obit for their daughter so I thought it was appropriate to add it to her memorial.
|svanwyk||Betty Aileen and Frank Barnes|
Thank you for sending in corrections for this couple. Betty has been on a list to check on at Restland. I didn't know them, just do findagrave work at restland. I'm sorry to learn of her passing. I found a death notice in the paper but no obituary. I noticed on your profile page that some of your friends are names I know from Waco. Do you work with them on cemeteries around Waco.

|Bob & Bonnie McEver||Files Valley Cemetery|
This relates to the status of the cemetery in Files Valley, TX. In the 1970s, a board was established to oversee maintenance of the cemetery. All of the board members are now deceased. In order to insure some level of maintenance going forward, a new board should be established. A meeting seems necessary to reestablish the board and the first group to make contact with, before going to the general population of the community, in my opinion, should be those FindAGrave Contributors who have shown an interest and demonstrated some effort to preserve the memory of those interred there. If you have experience in managing small cemeteries and/or the interest to participate in this process, please contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Regards and thanks for all your work for FindAGrave.

Posted the closeup. I happened to be at the cemetery looking for another marker and took photos of several Beard graves. If I get a chance I'll go by there again and "claim" your other request. Theresa
