Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for the beautiful marker that is now placed for Judith and her mother. It just wasb't right leaving them unmarked. Thanks so much Nancy, and I assure you that Judith will never be forgotten.

He Who is Formerly Known as zenmaster
Hi Nancy
Chief Bram was Police Chief with the City Of Tacoma, 20 miles south of Seattle.

Bing a law enforcement officer in Washington State, this case touched our hearts personally and professionally. We never in our wildest dreams thought somwething like this would happen.

I beleive this case changed Doemstic violence laws in our state. It also changed policies of being a police officer having knowledge of another officer involved in domestic vioolence, and not coming forward to disclose it. I think it also changed how the promotional process is handled (putting friends in a position over the most qualified candidate, which Chief Bram had not, hence, his second in command knew of domestic problems and did not disclsoe them. this was certainly preventable as a gooddeal may others are. Our system and their department learned some valuable lessons that day.

this was a long and grueling story as it unfolded. I am doing this by memory,. but I believe Crystal was shot in a parking lot in the presence of her children. They also watched their father commit suicide immediately after the homicide. I can't imagine , police man or not , doing this to your children.

Our thoughtas and prayers for their children is always appreciated.

I would be honored if you would add me as a friend. I will visit your memeorials as often as possible and pay proper respect and tribute to those you have rememebered

God bless you and have a safe and Happy New Year

Don

hello
Hi again. You are one strong woman in my mind, and I know you don't have much time left. Besides, I also love Judith since I first heard about her, and I know you continue to keep her memory alive. Would you mind leave something on my memorials? It will be really appreicated
