Wasn't sure if you were family, but thought I'd check first. I have a Beulah and James Cosby in Salem Pres. Cemetery, Talladega, whom I believe are Vera's parents, as a Vera Robinson from Talladega is listed in Beulah's obituary in the Anniston Star 1/17/61. Her memorial # is 5610605 and father James is 5610603. Just didn't want to add if you were related and had different information.

Araminta J Talton Futral
Thanks so much for taking the photo of Araminta J. Talton Futral's headstone, and for transferring management! I searched for her all over Smyrna Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, thinking she would be near her husband and children--never even imagined that she would be buried in Talladega County! I'm so glad to be able to link her to the rest of the family!

RE: Michael S. (Sprague) Bennett
Just remembered that I had asked about attaching/hooking up memorials of the Benjamin Bennett children. I'm going to try to do that myself.
Would be nice to have the few I've found on Find A Grave together in one place. If I find I can't figure out how to do this, I'll send you the ones I've located so maybe can be linked somehow.
Thanks for offering.

Thanks Richard. Looks like I'll be visiting Talladega County and the AL State Archives. Great archives! I've never been in Talladega County so I look forward to checking out where my Caroline C. Bennett and James Ray may have been married before heading to MS. Caroline and Michael were siblings.
Good luck on future findagrave duty.

Thanks for putting photo online! I'll get back in there to add a "hello' to my 2nd great uncle.
If I give you all Michael's siblings - half-siblings from Benjamin's marriage to Anna Reid/Reed and full ones from Benj's marriage to Susanna/Susan Waters Bennett -, can you add info. I have who they married, etc.
thanks again and great work you are doing!!

If you live in the Talladega Co., AL area, do you know if there is a Historical Association? Trying to touch base with a researcher for hire.

My wife is kin to the Bakers and we have been working on them at Walnut Creek some. As far as I know there were only two husbands: Baker and Love.
I will do some more research and see what I can find out, but I don't think the Henley was a husband. I will try and send some edits if I can figure it out.
Thanks,
Phillip

RE: Bennett/Buckley
Thx Richard. I'll go in to have a look. I'm within 3 hours of Talladega County so I should go say 'hello' to my 2nd great uncle!! Also, need to research my Caroline C. Bennett and James Ray marriage.
If you know of anyone who is for hire and is a pretty thorough researcher, please pass on name to me. I've done quite a bit of online research and have gotten lucky; plus my genie friend has even gone to Perry County, AL for lookups.
No rush on the photo. Whenever you have another request in that particular cemetery or one nearby is soon enough.
Regards,
Linda
