My goal and interest in genealogy research is to know more about our heritage, both far and near. Once you start gathering more names and dates you will be hooked for life, because there is always an Aunt or Uncle you could find more information on. The going may be rough at times and may be costly; however it will also bring you rich dividends. What has been preserved for hundreds of years should be written and made available to future family generations.
