I came accross this site in a most unusual way. It's funny how things just happen like that. I was looking for a grave that I had visited many years ago in Savannah, Georgia. I had no luck...but intriged I clicked on the visit our virtual cemetery, there I saw pictures upon pictures of people long dead but not forgotton. My little girl died and I thought I would add her burial records as a tribute to her and so others who never knew her could pay their respects if they so chose to do so. I left flowers upon soldiers, infants, and many other graves on this site.I never leave a soldiers grave without paying my respects, they deserve the very best adoration and respect from us for paving the way to the freedoms we enjoy today. This is a great place to come to terms with your own mortality and in some small way to leave a piece of our own mortality to those who follow behind us.
