My Name is Tammy Carter Inman. I have been researching my family and those of other married in family members and I will say genealogy has been, is, and I think will always be, my biggest passion. I have tribal pages set up for my families which include Carter, Benitez, Inman, Oleson Glines and Boatright. My biggest database is that of my Father's family which started in Va, SC, NC and ended up mainly in Georgia. My Grandfather was Alvin Jesse Carter b. 1912, My G Grandfather was George Carter born 1885. My GG Grandfather was Jesse Carter b. 1836 and my GGG Grandfather was Isaac Carter b. 1790 and then my GGGG Grandfather was George Carter b. 1741 and my GGGGG Grandfather was Jacob Carter born abt.1720.

I volunteer for several sites that relate to genealogy including familysearch.org and genealogytrails.com. I have transcribed 1000's of every kind of record you can think of in the past 10 years. I also host Bacon, Gwinnett and Appling counties in Georgia and Randolph county in Indiana.
In 2013, I was lucky enough to be a big part of getting a grave marked for my Aunt's GG Grandfather, Hugh Washington "Wig" Mills. I also helped my Aunt and her family find her Great Grandfather's grave and mark it with a wonderful headstone.
