J Tritle
Hi Patti. I was just in the Union Cemetery in McConnellsburg, PA and found a tombstone for J.G & Lydia Tritle. I've uploaded the photo for Lydia.

But am seeing conflicting information for her husband J.G. On the memorial here, his birth date is listed as 1815, but the tombstone is 1835. Reading thru the obit attached to the memorial, it states he moved from Maryland to Fulton County in 1851 at the age of 16. That would match the 1835 birth date. I believe this is the same person and think the 1815 is a typo. If you agree, I'll go ahead and upload the photo.

Hi again Patti,

I got permission to post the photos, so you can remove the photo requests. Thanks.

Hi Patti,

When I left home this a.m. no one had claimed your Grubbs photos, so since I was in WInchester, I took their photos. When I got home I saw that they'd been claimed while I was gone, so I'm waiting for a response to the message I left that person before I post them. Sorry. No one usually claimed Mt Hebron until they find them since the cemetery is so large...

No problem! I'm glad I could find and photograph the Sangree family plot for you.
No worries about the issue with Helen, I couldn't find the stone from which the original memorial creator obtained the minimal info but it could have been something as simple as a flat stone buried under the snow. I'll be going back for a second look when weather permits.
