BEATITUDES OF THE FAMILY GENEALOGIST|
Blessed are the great grandmothers, who hoarded newspaper clippings and old letters, for they tell the story of their time.
Blessed are all the grandfathers who filed every legal document, for this provides proof.
Blessed are grandmothers who preserve family Bibles and diaries, for this is our heritage.
Blessed are father who elect officials that answer letter of inquiry, for some, this is their only link to the past.
Blessed are mothers who relate family traditions and legends to the family, for one of her children will surely remember.
Blessed are the relatives who fill in family sheets with extra data, for them we owe the family history.
Blessed is any family whose members strive for the preservation of records, for theirs is a labour of love.
Blessed are the children who will never say, "Grandma, you have told that old story twice today."

Thank you for transferring Essie's memorial page to me. I will take good care of it. She was my first cousin, once removed.

I'm sorry, Isee, you had posted his parents. Do you have their parents etc. too. And Sarah Smart and his full list of children, as well? Maybe even further down or up, these lines?
I am his 2nd Great Grandaughter, through Julius Ellsworth Cox, Sr. and Gladys Kelley.

I noticed, you noted with flowers, on his memorial and want to ask your assistance in clearing up his family tree. Do you have his proper lines. Parents names and children?
Here is his Geni and it has a link to his F- a-G, too.
My email is Walker2021@yahoo.com if you'd like to privately message! Thank you & wishing you all a wonderful Sunday!!!
I just noticed you left flowers on my grandfathers grave in Shreveport. Thank you for that. That was very considerate.
Hello, I found an obituary for Clara McAllister Moore, her husband was listed as Burrell Moore. I located Clara on find a grave and this lead me to you. Would you have any information on Burrell? I am working on a branch of my family tree. Two Ivey sisters married two Moore brothers and both had a son they named Burrell. Your Burrell is too young to be the one I am searching for, but I thought he may possibly be his son. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
