Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Iowa and love doing genealogy and have been working on my history since 1985 but learn more all the time. I have added some memorials to FG and I know I have made some mistakes so just let me know and I'll gladly correct them.

2 people or one person?
I have 2 memorial pages in Arlington Heights cemetery, Audubon, IA, one for Lenore, Weighton Holland Parrott and the other for Thora Lenore Weighton, same birth and death year. I am wondering if this must be the same person. Do you know?

RE: Haswell of Elmira, Stark county
If I have it put together correctly, he is the Ralph Paul Crossman who died in Greenville, Mercer Co., Pa., in 1949 and is reported in his death certificate to have been buried at West View Cem., Trumbull Co., Oh., although there is no Find-a-Grave memorial for him there.

Haswell of Elmira, Stark county
The burial records for this family on Find-a-Grave have become somewhat confused. I tried to submit corrections where I could, but I am not sure I got them all and there is one duplication that I cannot fix.

James Haswell, 1835-1910, (#10523773) married Josephine Crane Lindsey, 1845-1931 (#22956861)

Their children included:

Elizabeth Eveline Haswell, 1864-1960 (#22956791)

Margaret L. Haswell Crossman, 1868-1905, wife of Ralph Crossman (she is both #10523780 and #22940236)

Charles Lindsay Haswell, 1875-1951 (#22956753)

Albert Roy Haswell, 1878-1965 (#10523767)

Haldane Haswell, 1880-1881 (#22956837)

I am not sure where Mildred (#22956894) fits in. She is not a daughter, perhaps a daughter-in-law.

Childen of Chloe Buswell
These are the children of Chloe and James Buswell:
Elizabeth Buswell (1822-1855)
William Pratt Buswell (1824-1891)
Lucinda Buswell (1826-1916)
James Buswell (1827- )
Mary Buswell (1830- )
Col. Nicholas C. Buswell (1831-1913)
Charles P. Buswell (1834-1896)
Henry Clay Buswell (1836-1911)
Ellen Buswell (1838-1900)

I don't have an Albert in my records.

Chloe Pratt Buswell
Chloe Pratt (8/17/1800-9/28/1893)is buried in Osceola Cemetery, Stark County, IL.
Her parents were Isaiah Pratt (c.1776-11/11/1843) and Chloe Comstock (c.1777-5/3/1804).
She married James Colby Buswell 3/19/1822 in Peacham, Caledonia County, VT. The photo shown of her headstone at Osceola Cemetery is correct.

Lewis Pratt was a son of Isaiah Pratt and an other wife Mary (unknown). Lewis Pratt married Mary Watts and they are also buried in Osceola Cemetery, Elmira Tp., Section 11, B-206. They are not the parents of Chloe Pratt as currently shown for her on FindaGrave.

Chloe Pratt Buswell
I think there is an error in Chloe's parents. I have her parents as Isaiah Pratt (c. 1776-1843) and Chloe Comstock Pratt (c. 1777-1804)

She married James Colby Buswell on March 19, 1822, at Peacham, Caledonia County, Vermont.
