|Geo Clinton||Asa Wilson|
I believe there is an error on Asa Wilson memorial # 23076431 and i have sent in a correction. Asa Wilson Sr was born in 1785 and died in 1871. He and his wife were living with their son, Asa Willson, in Stark Co, IL. Asa Willson jr Find A Grave #167390986 is buried in the Storm Lake cemetery with his wife Catherine. They are the parents of the children you have linked to their grandparents.
Asa Wilson or Willson Sr wife'n name is Theodosia Silsby Willson (1786-1880). I am sure that is who is buried by Asa Sr.

In searching out this couple I came across the marriage record for Hallie Augustus. He did indeed marry this Ina only the folks you have listed as her are actually his folks.
Ina's parents are: Edward Reeder and Mesina Marsh
I made the changes to Find A Grave and hope you will accept them. I would be glad to send a copy of the MR or you can find it on Ancestry.
Thanks so much for the work you do with Find A Grave. It is appreciated.

I see that you post that Alice was your grandmother. My Great Grandmother was Olive Wever Craig, which makes William and Alice my Great Great grandparents. I'm visiting Iowa in June and taking 2 days to travel the SW portion where my relatives/ancestors lived, including Scranton. Looking forward to seeing the places the grew up. Thanks for the work on FG. David Duffield

Thank You Betty.. I do appreciate you starting this. Thank you for turning it over to me.. hugs
Hi Betty, I noticed you have more requests in the same cemetery and just wanted to let you know that we will continue to work on getting photos of those as well. This is an area we travel passed generally once a month or so; as long as the weather holds, we'll try to get more taken when we get in the area again.

I don't know, I could never find anything but Alma E. or just Alma, she never used her middle name.

Yes, all of the children are correct to my knowledge. Sarah Storey was the daughter of my GG aunt Mary Mullins Storey. For two days I have been researching her descendants. Thank you for posting information on Find A Grave.
|WCGS||Myron Piltingsrud - Our Savior's|
You have Myron Piltingsrud on Find A Grave buried in Our Savior's Cemetery, but his grave actually is in the Vinje Cemetery in Callender, IA. There is confusion about the names as there are 3 cemeteries in one area (Saron)Swedish,(Vinje) Norwegian, and the town of Callender) plus an old Swedish cemetery out in the country that was called Our Savior's. The Swedes & Danes went together in town & call their church "Our Savior's Lutheran. Some of the records on Find A Grave are confusing because of this. Can you transfer your family info to that other record?
