I was born the 3rd son of Joseph R Stroud and Alma Walmsley Stroud in Towanda, Pa on the 17th June 1950. I currently live in Parrish,Al and am retired from the Federal government. I currently have a daughter named Haley, granddaughters Terra & Riley. A grandson named John Isaac. A son in law named Jason Aldridge.
