|Marilyn Nichols Trumbull||Junkins, Long families|
Thank you for all of your work on The Junkins family. I imagine you are a descendant of both. My husband is also a descendant of the Junkins, Haas, Trumbull families. He grew up in Weston, OH. His mom, H. Irene Haas Trumbull, passed late last summer. I'm picking up her work on the Bachmann, Ballmer & Junkins lines. I now have the Junkins & Ballmer lines back to the early 1600s in Europe & would be willing to share if you are interested. Would you have any photos of the Junkins that you might be willing to share electronically? I use family tree maker and would love to insert photos of people, not just gravestones, names & dates, so our grands & our recent great grandson might know their legacy.

I tried to send you info to your email address with attachments, but the email was sent back by aol. Any ideas on the problem? Maybe it won't take attachments or maybe the attachments were too large?
Summarizing, I depended upon previous DAR applications for my link between the Daniel Longs. I'm happy to share my supplement with you if you like. (I'm NSDAR #878059.)
But, I also have a Death Record for Daniel Long (1779-1870, wife Brill) from the Seneca County Probate Court, 108 Jefferson Street, Tiffin Ohio 44883, which says that Daniel's Father was Daniel and his Mother was Mary.
If you can let me know how I can get copies to you, either by email or by US mail, I'm happy to share what I have.
Also, Christopher Brill, Margaret's father, is NSDAR Patriot A135150 with Service from Pennsylvania.

Thanks, Diane, for your correction. I have removed the parents link from Daniel Long 41447650, for my records are the same as yours. I don't know how the parent link to Christopher Long got there. My records also indicate Daniel Long, Sr. (1758-1819) and Mary were the parents of Daniel Long, Jr. (1779-1870). In fact several years ago, I was approved by the Daughters of the American Revolution as a direct descendant of Daniel Long, Sr. (a Patriot of the American Revolution) through his son Daniel Long, Jr. Thanks again for calling my attention to incorrect information.

You are very welcome, I truely enjoy going to the cemeteries and taken the photos.
I found a grave for Lydia A. Gill at Woodlawn in Toledo, OH. However the dates on Find A Grave differ slightly from the headstone and I want to make sure it is the same person. 1830-1910 are on the headstone and she is buried next to Edward H. Gill (1861-1887).

|Barbara Mullally||Headstone missing|
You requested a photo of the grave of Elias Lyslander Teachout (b. 1847 d. 1927). The records of Lockwood Cemetery, Ovid Township, Branch County, Michigan show that he is buried there, however, the census of existing headstones does not show a headstone for him. Many headstones are missing or in some cases, there never was a headstone. I have contacted the sexton to see if he can locate any further information which I will forward to you, if found.
