I am trying to downsize the number of memorials I manage, so ask for a transfer.
NOTE; Pleaze use the Edit function on the memorial to ask questions, which identifies the person in question. I have tens of thousands of names in my records and your courtesy is much appreciated.

I was wondering if you could transfer a memorial to me (member id #48274016)?
My great-uncle: Cole Esker Johnson (#20207185)

I called the cemetery today and confirmed that there is no headstone for Andrew. Sorry to hear. You could still contact them about getting one for him or the Army directly. Hope this helps.

Hi Jim. I was sad when I didn't find a stone. You may be able to start with contacting the cemetery to confirm his burial location is correctly listed and that it is unmarked. Then possibly contact his branch of service. Doesn't the military generally supply a stone to those who have served? (216) 641-7575 and email@example.com should put you in contact with the cemetery.

Norma is buried in Union cemetery, not Greenlawn. If you get the other contributor to change the cemetery, I will delete mine.

No, I'm not related to the Ferris family. I was probably answering a photo request, and since George didn't have a memorial page, I created a page for him and provided the photos. The memorial page for Minnie was created by another person named Jan.
If you are related to George, and want me to transfer the memorial # 61634914, please let me know and include your member number.

It looks like I might have the edge here in that I have a gravestone picture. I have checked the Greenlawn website and found no Norma, so I have to conclude she is in Union Cemetery. As luck and timing would have it, I am going to Greenlawn tomorrow and will look into it. In the mean time, hold off taking any further action. Eventually, assuming Norma is in Union, I would just have you tell the other person to change the cemetery on her memorial, and I will delete mine after I have posted the gravestone picture. That was good investigative work on your part. Will get back to you. Dean

Is it possible she was interred at one cemetery and then reinterred at another?
