I am a 53yr old male, married with a fabulous wife and 2 great kids. I am employed as an Ambulance Officer here in Auckland New Zealand. I was formally at Police Officer of 10yrs experience, a Unit Manager at one of our local prisons for 7 years and finally a private investigator which I did for 5 years. |
I love fishing and hunting for deer in the many deserted areas NZ still has (we have many, many National Parks). I have always, even as a kid, been interested in graves (not in a morbid way) as it made me think, "these people contributed to make this country". That is why I leave messages as no one should be forgotten as everyone contributes to life.
If you have time visit my mother, Mayzod Elizabeth Hodgson my father Clifford William Hodgson, Grandfather Arthur Alexander Reid, Grandfather John Henry Hodgson, Uncle Harold Parkinson (Waikumete cemetery) and my friends Nicholas Houghton Allen, George Punga Young, Basil William Greenstreet, Kirsten Finlay and finally Kevin Charles Hafford. Thanks

Happy Fathers Day, Derrick
Thank you for all the lovely flowers and words you have written over the years on my son and family's sites. Your memorial to your father is lovey. He reminds me of my father. He was a tough cookie to deal wit, but as you said you knew where you stood with your dad. Mine too. Thank you again.
|Tim Reynolds||Eric Boggs|
We have some things in common, having "done time" in the Police and Prison Service. Eric Boggs was cremated at Purewa and is commemorated in Kidney Garden D, Plaque #28. I've added a photo of his memorial but you'll have to add the plaque details.
If you're interested in the All Blacks (and which NZer is not?), have a look in my virtual cemetery for rugby internationals. You'll see a few there.
|In Memory of Ana,Ruvi and My Dad||Hi|
Thank you very much for visiting my daughter Ana & Ruvi on their angel day.
|Traci's Mom||Traci Fields|
Because of you and other wonderful findagrave friends, Traci now has 5,260 flowers/tokens, and her birthday is a little over a week away. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We appreciate you all so much.
I'm in awe! To show you more of what Traci was like, I posted the following on her memorial page,
"Traci, my angel, I can see the big grin on your face for all the flowers you're receiving on your memorial page. You're telling me, "Mom, why are you so surprised there are so many good people in this world? You should have known that....." "You're right, sweetheart, I should have known".
Traci was a person of strong faith, and GOD took excellent care of her, and helped her through all her hardships! Her faith never waivered.
GOD, bless them all, and thank you for your wonderful gift of Traci.
We've received an outpouring of so much love for Traci. I will try to get to everyone's site and leave a flower/token for at least one of their loved ones. However, there are so many of you, it will take me a while.
Sharon (Traci's mom)
|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Derrick, thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.
I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th.
I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.
I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!
Sharon (Traci's mom)
HAPPY HALLOWEEN, GOOD BUDDY !!!!
|Rest in God||Thank you|

|Algernon and Conan Together on the Rainbow Bridge||RE: Re birthday|
Derrick, so sorry to read that you had a shoulder replacement. That sounds darn painful. I hope your recovery went fast. JD's back is much better, thank you for asking about him. Derrick, why are paramedics and EMT's all so handsome? Is that in the rulebook of how one gets a job like you have? Glad that you had a terrific birthday in spite of being on the mend from your operation. Derrick, YOU LOOK MARVELOUS!
All the best,
Andy & JD
|Algernon and Conan Together on the Rainbow Bridge||Hope August 14tyh was a great birthday for you, Derrickk!|
