Hi Herschel, I tried to send a PM but the thing wouldn't work. I'm trying to combine the Wellman Cemetery and the Prince-Wellman at Hunnewell. They are the same cemetery located on Ronnie Blevin's farm. Can you transfer Linda S. Tackett into the Prince Wellman. I have contacted the other two contributors asking them to transfer Rondall and Katie also. I would like everyone to be in the same cemetery. Thanks and as always, thanks for all the work that you have done on cemeteries across our county!!!

Thank you for all the obituaries you are sending me, Mr. Skaggs. I really appreciate it. I'm going to get them put up for you soon.

Maybe delete his memorial and add a note to his wife's that he's buried at the other cemetery. His wife's has a link to his other memorial, I don't think he's buried at Boswell, but his wife is. I'm not going to put the picture of the stone on his new memorial though. Lol...

Cathy & Herschel,
Allow me to introduce myself. I volunteer for Find A Grave in Scioto Co, Ohio.
There is a photo request for Matthew Thompson in Rush Township Burial Park, Scioto Co, Ohio.
He and his wife ARE buried there. Confusion sets in because, Cathy's picture is posted for him in a cemetery, Boswell Thompson Truitt Cemetery, Greenup KY. #7348721. To lessen confusion, don't you think the picture should be removed and added to his memorial in Rush Township Burial Park?
His memorial number in Rush Township Burial Park is #137318576. His obit says he's buried in Rush Township Burial Park.
This is the email I received....his wife is buried at Boswell, I think..

Hershel, did you get a message from PKW07@aol.com, about the grave in the Boswell Cem. You made the memorial & I added the picture.
the grave has a marker on it at the Boswell Cem., I don't know why there is a mix up, but deleting it off the virtual cemetery is not going to make it leave the actual cemetery! lol....I don't think we should delete the grave from the cemetery. I'll leave it up to you, I'm going to send her a message back & tell her that.
|Angi Boyle||Hello cousin|
I would of gladly helped clean up the cemetery, but I live in Ohio. My mom & I are cleaning up another ancestor's plot area since we have noticed it has gotten a bit over run with vines. Your cousin Angi
|Larry Charles||RE: Searching for Burial Proof|
Thank you for responding so quickly. I have searched the Greenup Library. After several hours of looking, I discussed it with the genealogy expert there. She stated that there have been several people looking for documentation on Andrew Hoods burial. And as far as she knows, there are none at the library. So I'm just trying this route.
|Larry Charles||Searching for Burial Proof|
Hi Hershel - This is regarding the grave memorial for Andrew Hood - born in 1745 in Virginia he served in the Revolutionary War In Pennsylvania he died 1803 Mason County, Kentucky he married Massa Sudduth.
My name is Larry Charles. I'm a member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR), and Andrew Hood is an ancestor of mine. I'd like to setup a formal Revolutionary Patriot Marker for his grave site, and honor him as a Revolutionary Patriot. But the SAR requires a "proof" document that verifies Collins Cemetery as his burial location. However, I've visited the Collins cemetery, and there are no grave markers for this Andrew. And I have been unable to find any burial proof documentation. How was Collins Cemetery determined as Andrew Hoods grave site? Any help would be appreciated. If it's more appropriate, you can also email me at email@example.com.
