I am also very interested in the Anderson/Meyer family. Although they did not come to America until the mid-1800s, there is still a lot of information to uncover. I am trying to contact as many of the descendants of Christoff Meyer and Helena Halmes as I can. DNA matches have helped a lot in that endeavor. I also made contact with a German relative who gave me church documents which took the Meyer family back several more generations.
