Notice: If you leave a message or request, please be specific with the Full name, dates of birth/death and also the FG Id number to help identify the person who you are writing about. ( i.e. there are dozens of James Johnsons out there in FindaGrave land). a Fg Id # is a MUST for each Request.
NOTE: You are more than welcome to use the photographs, obituaries, data and tidbits i have placed on this FG website, yes even if you put them on the Ancestry.com site; However, please put your source and where you found the item,
ie, Obituary is from the www.findagrave.com website and .A
So many have copied and pasted without giving credit of the source and where they have found the data.
Over 90+% of the data i have put on FG have come from Grandmas, Libraries and Cemeteries, Courthouses, Churches, and other places, NOT the internet. Thanks

|Victoria Saul Nichols||Name misspelling Mem. #26130706|
Regarding the Find A Grave page for Mary Melvina Carrico, Memorial #26130706, born December 11, 1831, died June 21, 1909 -- If you look at the gravestone photo posted on her page by Pam H., her name is shown as Elvina. Another source for the spelling "Elvina" is the book, The Willett Family of Maryland, Colonial Pewterers and Kentucky Pioneers, by Sr. Mary Louise Donnelly, copyright 1983.
|Barbara Spears Pipek||Pick Pickard|
Thanks so much for giving me the Cemetery info for Pick. I really appreciate your doing this.
|Shirley Stewart Milford||Markhams in Clinton Cemetery|
A, Since you had requested to see the grave marker photos for Oscar, Bonnie and Annie Markham in Clinton Cemetery, I wanted to let you know a volunteer photographer recently made the photos for their memorials. She thoughtfully also made photos showing the grave markers were next to each other!
When I looked at their memorials I was rather shocked to see that the obituaries you had posted there were gone. I'm guessing Find A Grave removed them since obituaries after a certain date are not allowed in the guidelines. Fortunately, I had saved a copy and was able to write bios for them using the information in the obituaries you had posted... Please let me know of any corrections or additions you would like to make.
Thanks again for all your help!
Dr. Oscar C. Markham, Memorial# 148590105
Your are very understanding

Thank you so much for his obituary. I really appropriate knowing more about Madison Adams Jr.
|Patricia Moore Faller||David Treadwell|
David Treadwell is my 3nd Great Grandfather and he died in New York from a train running over him. I was told he was buried in Delaware Co NY and yes there are Treadwells buried in Croton Cementery. His information is on my page for David Benjamin Treadwell, in My Moore and Treadwell Family Tree on Ancestry,com. Also is the Newspaper link reporting his accident. I only learned last year the date of his death and you have it right. Does he have a tombstone? If so I would be glad to pay you to take a picture of it for me.
Thanks very much for putting his OB on Internet. I come from Adaline Hayden his first wife who died in Missouri.

|Penny Wood Spaziani||RE: Nan Britton|
This is a duplicate memorial and should be removed, according to their records she is not buried in Mt View Cemetery.
I found her in Pleasant View Cemetery in Ohio memorial # 86883052 that was created in 2012. You should really have typed her name in before you created it.
If you have something to substantiate your records please let me know.

|Sid Fisher||Nan Britton Profile Update|
I just discovered that Nan Britton is buried in:
Mountain View Cemetery, Oregon City, Clackamas County
Please update the Nan Britton profile to indicate this.

|Sid Fisher||Nan Britton Profile|
Now that it has been proved via DNA analysis that President Warren G Harding was the father of Nan Britton's daughter, why don't you place a mini-biography of Nan Britton on her Findagrave profile: Find A Grave Memorial# 114844130?
Nan Britton is now a historical figure and should have a mini-biography on her profile.
You can create a mini-biography using her Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nan_Britton
