Notice: If you leave a message or request, please be specific with the Full name, dates of birth/death and also the FG Id number to help identify the person who you are writing about. ( i.e. there are dozens of James Johnsons out there in FindaGrave land)

NOTE: You are more than welcome to use the photographs, obituaries, data and tidbits i have placed on this FG website, yes even if you put them on the Ancestry.com site; However, please put your source and where you found the item,
ie, Obituary is from the www.findagrave.com website and .A
So many have copied and pasted without giving credit of the source and where they have found the data.
Over 90+% of the data i have put on FG has come from Libraries and Cemeteries, courthouses, churches, and other places, NOT the internet. Thanks

I will research obituaries for:

Paducah, McCracken County, Ky

Mayfield, Graves County, Ky

Hickman City [Fulton County], Ky

And some other select local areas in
Western-Kentucky and other Kentucky sites

E-Mail is: Genealogy Moon @ gmail .com as of Dec 2011
(no spaces in Email)

If you do copy posts and data from me on this FindaGrave.com website, please credit it to this Findagrave site. Especially if you put this data on the Ancestry.com site. Thanks (see above)

David Treadwell
Hello:
David Treadwell is my 3nd Great Grandfather and he died in New York from a train running over him. I was told he was buried in Delaware Co NY and yes there are Treadwells buried in Croton Cementery. His information is on my page for David Benjamin Treadwell, in My Moore and Treadwell Family Tree on Ancestry, com. Also is the Newspaper link reporting his accident. I only learned last year the date of his death and you have it right. Does he have a tombstone? If so I would be glad to pay you to take a picture of it for me.
Thanks very much for putting his OB on Internet. I come from Adaline Hayden his first wife who died in Missouri.

RE: Nan Britton
This is a duplicate memorial and should be removed, according to their records she is not buried in Mt View Cemetery.
I found her in Pleasant View Cemetery in Ohio memorial # 86883052 that was created in 2012. You should really have typed her name in before you created it.
If you have something to substantiate your records please let me know.
Thank you

Nan Britton Profile
Dear Sir/Madam:

Now that it has been proved via DNA analysis that President Warren G Harding was the father of Nan Britton's daughter, why don't you place a mini-biography of Nan Britton on her Findagrave profile: Find A Grave Memorial# 114844130?

Nan Britton is now a historical figure and should have a mini-biography on her profile.

You can create a mini-biography using her Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nan_Britton

Thanks.

Levy - The Temple Cemetery
They told me there were about four pages of Levy's in this cemetery but they would not let me copy the pages :(. I looked around the area where your request was from and found numerous headstones. I am listing the names here for you and will work on getting those photos uploaded this week. I have also included the spelling of Levi.

Louis M. Levy
Emma G. Levy
Rose Levi
Isadore Levi
A H Levi
Mary Levi
Setta Levi
Adolph Levi
Ethel Levi Bloom
Joseph Levi
Flora Levi
Jacob Levi
Arnold Henry Levy
Juliet Sabel Levy
Henry Levy
Grace Ades Levy
Jeanette Levy
Elias Levy
Elka Levy
Sol Levy
Hattie Levy
Fannie Levy
Belle Levy
Louis Levy
Esther Levy
Stuart G. Levy
Lena S. Levy

I have not been able to locate Rosa Levy's headstone yet. The cemetery office has her death as being 1885. I will post the photo as soon as I can locate it (they gave me the wrong section/lot number, waiting on the person who handles this to come back from vacation).

Virginia Anne Malcolm
Virginia Anne Malcolm (#135909161) is buried in the Mausoleum at the Sikeston City Cemetery. Her birthdate is April 7, 1942 and death date is Dec. 28, 1961. I have added photos for her as well as for her parents on the Sikeston City Cemetery pages.

The Markhams
Well, that was a little surprise. Apparently I can't change the order of photos involving a cemetery photo.

The Markhams
.A, Thanks so much for the obituaries and newspaper articles for the Markhams and for Anne's transfer.

As to your suggestion to place tombstone photos above such articles, I am in full agreement and it is my usual practice to do so unless under special circumstances. If you should notice any I have missed, please let me know.

I have requested tombstone photos for the Markhams and hope to receive them soon. Until then I am thinking of putting the cemetery photo on top... it looks so peaceful.

Thanks again for your help!
