I visited Novodeviche Cemetery today. They were very helpful and thorough, unfortunately he is not buried there. They even did some research online and determined he is buried in Germany in a city that is pronounced Nassou as in ouch. I have trouble doing research on the internet in Russia so I will work on it when I return home and try to get the memorial page moved to the correct cemetery. Paul

In regards to Patrick Turner, I no longer add full obituaries to memorials per Find A Grave rules. Copyright etc etc.
I'm aware of your information;
Find A Grave is the worse for it in regards to these rules and when Find A Grave calls us out on it their memorials suffer. And yes, I'm aware that a lot of volunteers are still doing it.

Thank you for posting the memorial for Mary E. Michael Stahr and William Paul A. Stahr, and the obituaries are fantastic!
I am related to Mary. Her parents were Alex. and Margaret Michael, of New Castle, Henry Co., IN (born in Va and NC, respectively).
They have memorials on findagrave.

Orvilleís name is very high up on the wall, therefore hard to get an acceptable photo without ladders and they donít allow them anymore on safety grounds. I will add a photo but wonít be offended if you re-instate your photo request

I confirmed with cemetery staff, via phone, she does have a marker or stone. She is in the "Gillis" lot. Soooo, I'll try again when I get the chance. If I go on a Sat morning, staff can show me exactly where she is.

Hello.... attempted to locate her grave today. Cemetery is huge but beautiful! I found the section, no problem. However, most lot # markers are covered with grass or dirt. This lot is also sectioned off with hedges, almost in a maze-type fashion. She may have a marker but without having the cemetery staff show me on a lot map where she is and what other markers are around her, I'd have a hard time. You'd find lot marker #16 and the next one would be #996 - confusing to say the least - ha! The office was closed. Maybe I'll get the chance to try another day.
