I love history, the background to people and places. I do believe that we, the living, have a responsibility to those who have died to preserve their history for future generations. I enjoy visiting cemeteries and find them to be tranquil, serene places to spend time. There is a feeling of great connectedness to those who have passed on. Thus the great interest in recording information at cemeteries.
