I have been interested in genealogy for many years, and love helping people to begin and be successful in this hobby. Cemetry information goes hand in hand with that hobby!
The Alma Cemetery in Alma, Crawford County, Arkansas is very special to me......I have family buried there that came to Crawford County in 1842. My father, Louis Brown, took over the volunteer job of keeping the records of Alma Cemetery in the early 1980's. He spent many hours at the cemetery recording all the information he could from the tombstones and word of mouth from anyone that would share information with him. After his death in 1998 I took over the job.

Narcissus Brumley Hi, Narcissus is my 4th great grand Aunt and I would like to know more about her. I know it's a very distant relation, but I enjoy learning about obscure lines in my family tree. Also on the marriage record, and some other documents on Ancestry.com her name is shown as Narcissa. Do you know if she went by both?
