|Dr Potter||Torrington Grave|
Michael, thanks for the credit, I appreciate it! Back in 2004 when I took this and other photos up in the Arctic, I shared them widely online, not realizing (as I would now) how they'd get used and re-used. I really appreciate your getting back to me and changing this!

Hi, it looks as though you've used my photograph of the grave of John Torrington. That's fine with me, but I would like a credit -- "photo by Russell Potter, 2004" would be fine.

Seems that no matter how you look at it, we are related... Two Chojnacki brothers married into the Poliwodzinski (Poli) family and as you know my grandmother Helen was a Poli... Let me catch my breath after receiving such a great revelation about my family and meeting a new member that I did not know about.. I will look into all of this and see what I can come up with for you... Thank You for writing; Dennis

May I use your photo of the Dodge Mausoleum in a book that I am doing about Mt. Airy/North Carolina Granite??
Delightful writeups on the Dodge family. Thanks for reminding me of the way they were magnificent benefactors to the City of Detroit as a whole.

not two months shy of her 99th birthday, as you have stated in your post. Mrs. Dodge was born in 1867, and died in 1970.
