Bio

Genealogy has been my hobby since I was a teenager. I research all of my lines with equal passion.

However, I have the most information on my Sprankle-Sprenkle-Sprinkle family. That is because I research all the Sprankle-Sprenkle-Sprinkle branches. Thanks to the Sprenkel Y-DNA Project, we have learned that virtually all Sprankle-Sprenkle-Sprinkle families in this country are part of the same family. Note that these surnames are also spelled Sprankel-Sprenkel-Sprinkel-Sprinkles. One branch uses the Sprengle spelling.

Nearly all of the memorials I create or manage at Find A Grave are for people who are connected to me in some manner. And, each memorial I create or manage is special to me. Find A Grave is such a wonderful concept, and it is a marvelous resource for genealogists.

Please do not add death certificate images to the memorials I create or manage. I feel that a death certificate is a rather private thing, and it is not appropriate to display it on a memorial (or, as I read on someone else's profile, posting a death certificate is "just plain tacky").

Also, please do not leave "flowers" with additional information or corrections. We contributors do not receive notification of "flowers" placed on memorials we manage. If you have additions or corrections, use the "Edits" feature. And, if you add a photo, please let me know since we do not receive notification of photos added either.

[To Find A Grave Admin: In the case of my demise, please transfer all my memorials to my cousin Don Ludwig (#48084204)].
