I add memorials as I have time when I see obits in my local papers. I don't usually have additional information on these people. I also add obits from my research into my family lines.|
One of the reasons I do this is to help ensure those who have gone before us are remembered and, if possible, 'reunited' with family. If you find a relative or close friend among my burials, please let me know. I am willing to transfer care to you, unless the burial is part of my family tree. In that case, I would love to exchange information with you. You can leave me a public message or use my email.
I welcome corrections and additions, but would appreciate if you would leave a message giving your source, particularly if it conflicts with my information. THANKS!
My family tree surnames include
DEBEE, D'ERCOLE, EDGAR, FREDERICKS/FRERICHS, HAHNENKAMP, HIXON, JANCO, KOLK, McCLOSKEY, PETRINI, POYNTER, STRIEBEL, WEISS

Louisa Johnson Hahnenkamp is my aunt. All of the children born in the John F. and Kate Hering Johnson family were born on the family farm south of Mt. Olive Illinois. I obtained this information from my dad as well as from records from Zion Lutheran Church in Mt. Olive. Aunt Lou was the oldest of 12 children, 3 having died in infancy. My dad was the third youngest. I do not have a birth certificate, nor do I know if one exists. My brother did a lot of research in Springfield and did not find a birth certificate. Hope to hear back from you and also what your interest is in Aunt Lou. Thanks! Al Johnson

|Richard Wesley||RE: Pierce and Baird edits|
Hello!! The only person buried at Jefferson Barracks that I know is related to me, is Michael Steve Wesley. Nobody else so far. Thanks for your offer.
Please transfer Richard Schnelting (Find A Grave Memorial# 10814712) to my care. He was friend and a classmate and I would like to link his family and post an obituary.

Would you consider transferring this memorial to me? Lydia was married to Harry Nadler, my grandmother's brother. At our annual family reunion I share the family history I have discovered during the previous year.
Thank you for all your time and effort in creating these memorials.
