I was born Sherida Raye Riggs, March 10, 1956 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England to George Robert Riggs and Carol Davenport. I was married June 9, 2001 to Jerry Michael Childers. I have been a genealogist since 1972 and have an Associate Degree in Family & Local History from Brigham Young University. I am currently living in Anderson, South Carolina with my husband and five cat babies.
