It would make photo volunteers job easier if you could call or email the office at Mt View and inquiry where your ancestors are buried and if they have a headstone. If there isn't a marker, all you'd get is a photo of the location of burial. :/

He was born 1/27/1837 in Readsboro, Vermont ( southern part of state) I am not sure when he went west. His 1st enlistment was credited to Vermont so he must have lived here at least until early adulthood. His enlistments record show him as serving in both a New Jersey Regiment, and the 10th Wisc. Infantry.
He does have a page on vermontcivilwar.org, which gives his dates of service etc. That is where his marker from you will be.
