I started doing genealogy when my youngest son had to do a project for school, I was hooked. My husband has taken me to cemeteries across country and helped me search for graves in flood warning rains, scorching heat, invasions of ants and yes even walking fish along a highway. It has been an adventure learning who and where we came from, and meeting new relatives and friends, living and those long gone. They came from Russia, Ireland, England,to North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and points in between and all points met to where I live in Washington state. Who knows where my future generations will go, but what a journey...My research is on WORLEY, KING, SURRETT, AUSTIN, HAMMOND, SHOOK, SIRGEDAS, HEITMANN, HARRISON, PATTERSON and those that branched out. When my time comes to leave this earth , I look forward to a great family reunion,BOY!!do I have questions !
