Bio and Links
Bio Photo If I have created a memorial for one of your family members I am happy to transfer it to you if that person is not related to me. Just let me know and it will be done.

My family lines are Young, Greer, Crow, Johnston, Hughes, Klein, Bell, Mallett, Allen, Donaldson, Mackey, and Orwig.

My husband's family lines are Mackie, Makela, McCombs, Ahola, Parlin and Shepherd.

My son-in-laws family names are Spears, Brownell and Hancock so I am also doing research on those lines.

You are welcome to use any of my original photo postings as long as you give me credit for the photo. I am not one of those self absorbed, self-centered photographers that think my photos are a a unique gift needing special written permission for others to enjoy.

RE: Matilda Shew Mallett
Glad I could help. The grave marker was laying face down and was too heavy to lift. So not sure about the engraving.

The cemetery has a newer sign that says "Eaton 1818". I did not know the cemetery was that old and until recently I did not know it was sometimes called Eaton Cemetery.

Jane Cameron Heller
I personally knew Jane. I worked at a local gas station she frequented. It was always a joy to see her and talk with her. I was saddened to learn of her death through, but was honored to be able to take the photo of her final resting place.

William Mallett at Ottawa Hills
Greetings! This cemetery does not give out grave locations to photographers, citing privacy reasons. Please call (419) 536-8321 to get the exact location, as there are thousands of burials at Ottawa Hills. Thanks!

Reenie Winfrey Carlton

You sent me a request to add information on Mary "Gady" Meredith. All of the info was there already, or did I miss something?

RE: Elinor Klein Curtis
My pleasure.
I got directions to the cemetery, would never have found it otherwise. It's on a working farm so pigs serenaded me during the picture taking. It was 27 degrees so rather nice actually. I went to the cemetery hoping to find Orrin B. Curtis for my list of Summit/Charlotteville Vets, but he wasn't there. You wouldn't happen to know where he is? Will be posting the whole cemetery the next day ir so.
