I have been involved with genealogy since 1970. I am chairman of St. John's Lutheran Parish cemetery board and have established a detailed cemetery record and map for our parish cemetery. It is located in Kellner, Wisconsin, which is in Portage County.  However, the mailing address is Wisconsin Rapids which is located in Wood County.  As of Oct. 3, 2010, there are 720 recorded burials dating back to 1866, the year St. John's was incorporated as a congregation.  My husband's name was Francis.
