Gary and I live in the Grand Island Nebraska area.
Wilma was born and raised in Alexandria (Thayer) Nebraska. Gary was born in Sutherland (Lincoln) Nebraska, but was raised in the Kearney (Buffalo) Nebraska area.
We work on this project together.
I think our first entry was made in 2002 or 2003. I did not know at the time what valuable tool Find A Grave was so did not get active until later in time. And when I finally started again, I was addicted.
Our journey was short lived due to an illness. During the time we were gone when we returned, the growth of the volunteers in that short was a pleasant surprise. The volunteers in this project are truly unique.
If you see a relative that I have added please feel free to ask for a transfer. Unless they are in some way related to us, we probably will not transfer them, but that certainly will be taken under consideraton.
. It makes me feel happy when a family member manages a family memorial.
I was once told that within three generations a person is lost or forgotten so having a record is so important and I am honored to be a part of this.
Please feel free to use any pictures/information that is on our page, credit would be nice, but not necessary. There are memorial that have pictures that are not mine, so please honor/ask before using them.
