RE: J.A. & Buelah Ridge I think it's the same girl. I think the newspaper made a mistake with the date and/or the spelling of the last name. I found the name Lee Hobson (widowed) living here in 1930. She died in Feb., 1930, the censuses were taken in April. So she had already died. It had possible relatives listed as Ridge, I figure that Mahaley's maiden name might be Ridge. I'll keep searching & asking people, some one might be able to tell me. Thanks
J.A. & Buelah Ridge I am working on the burials in Marshall Hill Cemetery. The newspaper obit stated "Mrs. Lee Hobson" was buried in Marshall Hill. I found a record of "Mahaley Hobson" buried in Pollard. I researched some names and it seems her parents (or some relations to her) may be J.A. and Buelah Ridge (Canfield Cemetery). Do you know if they had a daughter named Mahaley that died Feb. 22 (or 23) of 1930. Would appreciate any help or any info you might have on Mahaley Hobson (Mrs. Lee Hobson) age 17 at death.
