RE: Tamera Quillin #61464243
I see that you got the photo deleted.

Thank you for be a thoughtful Find-A-Graver and wanting to correct a problem - regardless of how it happened. A lot of people would have just ignored trying to fix it.

RE: Tamera Quillin #61464243
Even though I am the manager of this memorial, only you as the poster of the photo can delete it.

Sorry that I could not take care of this for you.

Hi Rose,

Not sure how it happened but your photo on Find A Grave Memorial# 61464243 should be removed. It doesn't apply to Tamera Quillin

I am no relation to Mary. I just sometimes wonder about lives and family. I don't see any other family in the Columbus area. How did she end up at Green Lawn?

Paul Pustmueller
Would you kindly change the spelling of Paul Pustmueller's mother's name? Her maiden name is Stephani (with an 'h'). #14319469
Thank you.
MaryAnn Nicholson (my sister married into the Stephani line, and I am helping her with genealogy research.)

Grave of Earl Vincent Ivory Jr.
Dear Rose: I was looking over the information you have on my parents graves and it's all accurate except for one little bit. Yes, their postal address was Fostoria but, they lived in Lapeer County not Tuscola. Yeah,... I know,... not trying to be petty, just accurate. Also to make things even more complicated, they had a Columbiaville phone and us kids went to school in North Branch though we could have just as easily gone Lakeville. We just lived in lived a little weird spot of the county. Thanks for all you do.

Regards, Bill Ivory

Working On Forest Lawn In Omaha
Hello,

I ran across an article in the Omaha Daily Bee dated August 14th, 1913 that was about the three sons of Lillian Burkland who died in a fire (Find A Grave Memorial# 123991886).

The three sons ages 3 months, 2 years, and 6 years were heartlessly advertised in the newspaper as up for fostering or adoption.

Even though two aunts and their father were seeking custody of the boys a Judge Crawford chose to give legal guardianship to a Miss Esther Johnson who promptly chose to advertise the children in the newspaper in their "best interest".

Here is a link to the Omaha Daily Bee story as found in the Library of Congress Archives: http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn99021999/1913-08-14/ed-1/seq-12/

I didn't want to copy and post the photo of the article in case there was some type of copyright issue.

I saw that you had given Lillian two sons and I wondered what happened to the third.
