Thank you for the information on William. Chimborazo Hospital is in the City of Richmond. Henrico is a county that surrounds the northern half of the city. They are separate Governments.

Thank you for pointing out the issue with dates on these memorials. The data I used are exactly as published in Wesley Pippenger's volume, cited. I will annotate the memorials, since there is a mistake, perhaps in the reading of the worn stones. Most of the original records were destroyed by fire in the 1860s.
