Bio and Links
Bio Photo I think this "Find-a-Grave" website is wonderful, and I hope more people will add data to it. Hopefully my input will help someone out there.

I so enjoy finding & visiting the old pioneer cemeteries, where the dates go back to the 1700-1800's.

I'll be more than happy to make corrections and/or add data, make relationship links, etc, but I am curtailing (not stopping) transferring memorials due to a growing misunderstanding of what Find-a-grave is all about.

Please DO NOT not leave me a message of "any kind" without leaving a way for me to get back to you. It makes no sense to do so - it is useless and it will be ignored.

Your "e-mail" must be present in your messages to me.

DO NOT ask for transfers without return contact information either.

God Bless!

Are you sure this cemetery is in Mississippi and not Missouri? Do you have directions to it or GPS coordinates? Thanks, Linda

George Gray
at McNamee Cemetery. Ruth I sent you an edit through the system. This is what is carved on his stone but it does not jive with the other records such as the census. Census has him born in 1831 or 1833. Civil war registration has him born in 1831. You might just want to include all the info and let people decide for themselves...

RE: Amanda Strong Baker
Thank you so very much. You gave me the transfer a lot faster than I expected, and knowing that I was not within the Find a Grave guidelines. Appreciate all that you do for people to help find their loved ones.

I can't begin to thank you enough. I feel sooo honored to be able to Manage Amanda's Memorial. You answered nearly as soon as I requested the transfer. Some people I have to wait a couple of months. I have My mother that I have asked to manage since early Dec of last year. I also noticed you have a lot to manage and to get back with me this soon?? F A G needs people like you. Again many thanks.
