I got the bug after my Dad died in 1997. I can't get rid of it either. ;) Not only do I do this for myself but for everyone else that I can help along the way. I belong to the Cass County, Indiana, Genealogical Society.|

|Anne Watzin King||Davis Cemetery|
I am writing on the off-chance that you might have a map of Davis Cemetery with some detail on it. You photographed many Grandstaff graves (thank you very much) and I am hoping to locate them on a map for an elderly relative. Any help with this that you can provide will be much appreciated.
|LLBaker44||Searching for Aaron Baker|
I see that you are managing a memorial for Aaron Baker (#11359331) in Zion Cemetery, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. I am searching for Aaron Baker, born in Ohio in 1820 who lived in Union Township, Butler County, Ohio in 1850. Do you have any cemetery or other records making a connection between your Aaron Baker and Ephraim Baker and Nancy Easton, the parents and siblings for Aaron Baker that are reported on your memorial?
Thanks and kind regards,
I'm sorry for the confusion. This is about Sarah E. "Minnear" who died in Anthon, IA. There is some question if Jane Bodle is different from Samantha Jane Bodle. Now I think she is.
Absolom Miller married my ancestor Mary Buirley 1843 Shelby Co. OH. 1850 census Lucas Co. OH MillAR.
1860 Lucinda and Sarah E. Miller are with grandparents Wm. & Elizabeth Buirley, Shelby Co. Oh.
Samantha Bodle is with the Minnears in 1850. Mary Buirley died 1850.
Samantha Bodle married Jonathan Niswonger in 1857 Shelby Co. OH. Jane Bodle married Absolom Miller in 1851. Jane was married to David Minnear in 1846. I am trying to sort it out with a Miller researcher. There are Botkin and Minnear marriages; I am related to Botkin too.
I will let you know what we find out.

I'm pretty sure The Jane Bodle you have listed was not the same one who married David Minnear in 1848 Shelby Co. Oh.
"Samantha" Jane Bodle is with her in-laws in 1850 shelby Co. OH. Thomas & Lydia Minnear I believe. David is deceased.
Then she married Jonathan Niswonger in 1857 Shelby Co. OH. There are pictures online and documents of proof.
Absolom Miller married my ancestor Mary Byerly (Buirley) in 1843. Shelby Co. Oh. They had Lucinda M. And Sarah E. Miller.
Those girls are with their grandparents in 1850 Shelby Co Ohio , Orange Twp, Wm . And Elizabeth Kiser Buirley. I saw where Absolom married Jane Bodle in 1851, but it is not The same lady who married David Minnear. Absolom must have collected his two girls from the Buirley grandparents and moved west.

|Angela Todd||Confusion about Emma Reynolds.|
Hi. My name is Angela Todd. I am, today, thoroughly confused about one of the children you listed for Edward L. Reynolds and Olive Mary Merritt Reynolds. Though the dates are right, the gravestone photos for Edward and Olive are different than the ones that are Mount Hope Cemetery today. Were former stones replaced? Also, one of their children was Emma Faye Reynolds Weaver, wife of George Weaver. One of Emma's sisters, Flora Etta Reynolds Todd (Mrs. John Henry Todd) was my grandmother. Emma's birth and death dates were January 24, 1897 and December 30, 1977. She was born in Montgomery County, Indiana. Yet, I see ANOTHER Emma listed. I don't know anything about her. She's not listed in our family Bible records. I also see a Mrs. Marion Harper listed, who I've wondered about for years. I have a document with her signature on it. It was for a, "Special Certificate of Birth" for my grandmother. Also, Gramma always listed her own father's name incorrectly as Edwin, when it was Edward. Anyway, could you please tell me more about the Emma that you have listed as a daughter of Edward and Olive. The Emma who is not in our family Bible records. I also have photos of the Emma Faye I have mentioned, plus her double headstone in Davis Cemetery, near the White County/Cass County line. Thank you. Angela F. Todd, originally from Logansport, Indiana.

The photo on memorial number 34818632 does not match the name of Esther Uhl McNitt. Do you have her tombstone photo?
|j*||Isadore Burge Foust # 57872148|
Was wondeering if you were related to this person? I'm searching for an Isador / Isadore / Isadora Burge born in about 1872 in Texas; daughter of L. T. & Olivia Green Burge.
The birthdate is "off" on this person from the Burge I seek, but do you know who this person's parent were?
Taking a long shot...
Have a wonderful day! :)

Mary Jane's maiden name was Kitzmiller. Her parents were Samuel Kitzmiller (# 98614418) and Rachel Dronenburg (# 44274144). If you would please add this information to her site, I would really appreciate it.

I am looking into the Hartsock Family. Jennie Curtner Hartsock (34775703) is my direct line; I don't see her husband, William, with her, but I found a William Hartsook's in the same cemetery (Mount Hope Cemetery memorial #34775717) and noticed that you had submitted the photographs of some Hartsook memorials, and I couldn't help but wonder if you happen to know if they are connected to each other? Or perhaps to you?
While doing research on Jennie, I found that her death record uses the name "Hartsook", but my family always refers to them as Hartsock. ???
Perhaps you might be willing to exchange information with me?
Thank you so much,
