Dear Flintstone:

I am currently compiling in hard copy the Cheadle family history of which the above is married to a descendant (6th great grandchild of the progenitor, George Chedel/Cheadle). My mother-in-law was a Cheadle. I have recently been informed that I MUST have WRITTEN PERMISSION from a photograph owner in order to thwart any possible copyright infringements. I would respectfully request permission to reproduce the photographs on this memorial site, as well as any others you contributed which may pertain to our line. Credit would be given such as “Courtesy, Flintstone, contributor, Find A Grave Memorial # ?.” If this is not agreeable, I would gladly use whatever you prefer. Where no credit is requested, I use “Courtesy of Find A Grave contributor who wishes to remain anonymous.

I thank you in advance for your prompt response but, if I do not receive a response within a reasonable time, I will, of course, withdraw the photograph from my treatise. My treatise is in no way a profit making project and will not (by my request) be posted on the internet nor will living individuals be included to the best of my ability.

You have no idea how much we who are of an age (I’m 87) or distance and cannot do the hands-on research we once did appreciate the effort and passion of you who contribute your research information to the Internet. Many thanks from an old lady.

I never met my grandfather and am trying to understand who he was. As you served under him, could you tell me some memories? Was he a harsh man, kind, stern, etc.? What can you remember about Robert Wilson? Thanks!

Hey thanks for responding. I actually just talked to my mom and she has the original! He was my grandfather and we have more documents than I thought.

Hello,

Do you have the original photo that this was taken from?

Thanks,

Thank you.
Thank you so much. I am also trying to get a photo of my Uncle John Saborido in the Westwood Cemetary, and one of my Grandfather Amado Saborido in one of the Susanville cemetaries, just not sure which one. But thank you ever so much for taking the time for getting a picture of my Grandmothers headstone.
