Lois I am including all the information documenting Minnie Rodgers Burnside as the mother of Robert Cleveland Burnside
When you have the time could you please accept my edit for this. I have submitted this edit through the system as well.
I appreciate you wanting to document before you add her.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Season
Linda Rogers Peck
Minnie Rodgers daughter of Edward F. Rodgers & Isabella F. Mann. She was born & died in Muscogee County, Georgia. Minnie married some time after June 18,1900 and was widowed before April 25,1910. Two years later Minnie dies leaving two young sons Willie Paul age 10 and Robert Cleveland Burnside Age 4. They would be raised by Minnie's brother Thomas C. Tom Rodgers until 1930.
A marriage record for Minnie has not been found. In her fathers obituary she is listed as Mrs. M.A. Burnside it is unclear if these were the initials of her husband or her own initials~ Records for M.A. Burnside have not been found

Dear Ms. Hottinger, I recently saw that you had posted pictures of my grandfathers grave site; John Oliver Willis, Riverdale Cemetery Columbus Georgia. Are you a relative of his? I'm just curious:) I have not been to Columbus since my granny dies in August of 1969. These 2 people were my moms parents. Anyway, I am just curious . Let me know.... thank you..

Thanks very much! This is a complicated bunch and I may ask for one or two more, but I hope not to have to.
|Clinton Slayton||Sorry for the confusion - Riverdale Slayton|
I am correcting a link or two, there was some confusion in my mind because George A Slayton appeared in his first census as Perry, but never appears that way again. I am proofreading all the links and that was the only bad one I have found (that I made in the first place.)

So sorry you go by your own rules, Evelyn Juanita Newton Powell Little was my Mother-in-law and grandmother to my two children. She personally entered her family information in our Bible.
|Clinton Slayton||Please check your edits|
I would not impose a request for the SLAYTONs in Riverdale Cem, although they are all my cousins, but I would appreciate it if you would check my edits. It saves me a lot of time to see the relationship on the memorial so that I do not have to ask for them, thanks for any attention you can give to this.

Sent a name change, but failed to capitalize "Pete." Please accept and correct, I was a correspondent with his (now late ) cousin Mary Slayton Loffredo. His given name was Brannon (after his uncle) and "Pete" was actually a nickname.
|Darlene T.||Rosa Louise Pickett|
Do you know if this is one of the infamous Pickett sisters from Eastway Elementery during the 1950's and 60's? Thank you for your work on Find A Grave!
|Lou Ellen||Partridge/ Parr|
Hi. I see you manage the grave finds for Lula M. Partridge and Maggie Lee Parr. You are correct in saying the Lula (maiden name Davis, by the way) is the mother of Maggie. Lula is also the mother of Jesse O. Partridge, who is buried in Milville Cemetery in Milville, Ohio. I just added him and will get a picture up asap. Thank you.
P.S. Yes, Henry Parr was Maggie's husband.
