I was born in Austin, Texas and lived most of my life in Austin and San Antonio and now live near Anchorage, Alaska. There are 3 major cemeteries in the area and I will gladly fulfill any photo requests at Fort Richardson, Anchorage, and Angelus Cemeteries if the weather permits, since there is snow on the ground 6 months out of the year here.|
My ancestral roots are mainly out of Bell and Palo Pinto Co., Texas and the cemeteries there make up most of the final resting spots for grandparents and beyond.
One of my hobbies is taking and collecting photos of my ancestors final resting spots, no matter how modest the headstone is, or even a lack of one.
As a final word, please use the photos I have provided as you wish. I take them because I love doing it for people and that's what they're here for! Copyright means nothing to me!

|Desertthorn||Laredo Cemetery Photo Request|
I am going to go to Laredo next Spring and plan to try to knock out some of the photo requests while I am there. I see you have a very old request, could you possibly try to get the plot number for me as its a huge cemetery, and I'll try to take a photo.
Thank you so much for taking the photo of my great, great grandfather's grave. It means a lot. Thanks, again.
Thank you for the photo...it's much appreciated! Did you have to dig out the grass to find the stone to get the photo?

The memorial was made for her back in 6/27/2006 so since you moved it now its a duplicate memorial to 14752257. Please don't transfer as I don't know this person. I have been working on the Ridge Park cemetery and just happened to find it. Since its a duplicate maybe you might want to delete it...? I have even found a couple of dupes I made...LOL
Thanks for your response, and hope you have a safe and happy 4th....!

You have Virginia Bassett Young in the Ridge Park cemetery in Hillsboro, Find A Grave Memorial# 45124368. She is buried in the Hillsboro City cemetery in Hillsboro, Find A Grave Memorial# 14752257 with her headstone photo in the memorial.
A lot of times people get the two cemeteries mistaken due to they are so close together. I have been working on the Ridge Park cemetery listings and have came across several memorials that are really in the Hillsboro City cemetery. Thought I would let you know so you can remove her from the wrong cemetery.

Yes, he died during World War II, any family member can order a marker, I am not family.....

How sad, a fallen World War II Soldier with no marker....Thank you for looking for Theodore.

This person is buried at San Fernando #2. Information page states father's name is Jesus Garza. Her death certificate indicates her fathers name is Pedro Garza. Mother's name is correct. Also according to 1880 Census her parents names are Pedro & Arcadia (sometimes also spelled Alcardia). I believe these are my great grand parents.
|Lloyd Robinson||RE: Stalcup graves|
I checked the Carlsbad Cemetery records for any Kyle, none found. That was the only active cemetery here in that time period. Sorry.
I am moving from Carlsbad within the month, this was my last photographic expedition to the cemeteries. Glad I was able to find the Stalcups for you.

Were you able to open the word document I sent you?
