Born in 1937, Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas. Graduate Russellville High School in 1955. Attended Ark Tech and other higher education schools. Arkansas National Guard five years, U.S. Army 21 years active federal service and almost 15 years Federal Civil Service primarily in the Wash D.C. area with the JCS, USACIDC, TSG and TIG. Business and language major. Was family historian and wannabe genealogist, but still active to receive and make requests for information. Was a Virginia and Arkansas Master Gardener/Tree Steward and Hunter Education Instructor; 4-H, Women in the Outdoors and Int'l Bowhunt Educ. VFW Honor Guard, Russellville AR, for 13 years. Ex-Private Pilot, SCUBA, avid hunter/fisherman in the total outdoors. But camping-out now is stepping down from a Holiday Inn Express to a Days Inn! Currently an active Arkansas Hunting and Boating Education Instructor. Committee member for changing the law 93rd Ark Gen Assy for the Arkansas State Defense Force (deactivated) to a standing-reserve entity to have an active ASDF. Wife Carol and I are residing in our Cedar Log Home in Pope County, Arkansas, less than one mile from Pollard Cemetery where many of my ancestors are interred. This was and is My Life.
