I was born in Lavaca Co. Texas, raised in New Orleans, worked and lived in Seattle Washington and have now retired back in Texas.

I developed my love of genealogy and cemeteries from being with my mom who has written several books on Central Louisiana and has transcribed the cemeteries in Rapides and Vernon Parish Louisiana and on Fort Polk Military base.
