Thank you George for the Sarah Smith update.
You say Sarah may be buried with her parents Elijah Smith and Sarah Jane Mott? I searched the cemetery map plot by plot a few years ago. I only found 1 Sarah Smith, alone. I will go back to her parents grave.
It is possible she was removed after Selah or Agnes Wheeler died; hence the memorial family monument. It was nice that they remembered her and included Sarah.
Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
Have you any idea of the burial for Lockwood King Campbell 1809-1881, Near Fort Salonga, Huntington, NY. His wife Juliana Wynkoop b 1882-1894? No records to be found in cemetery database. Also no newspaper articles. I have the Wynkoop Family Bible and I am sure of his birth and death dates.
He changed his first name a few times while in Huntington with Julia and his children, to Lewis and Leonard. He was a Customs Officer in NYC before 1930-1940, then removed to Huntington, L.I., NY. It's got me crazy, not finding them. I found his son John Wynkoop Campbell b. with wife Agnes Shipman Gray, without issue.

I am wondering if the large stone was put up for Selah after his death or before. There is another Sarah Smith in the cemetery, I saw the plot while searching for her. I would think her burial name would have been Darling. Maybe her ashes were thrown out to sea. Nothing stated it but if she is not with her parents, where?
Please rotate photo in #16215376. Thanks
