|S Warner||Henry Belt|
Hi I received the edits for Henry Belt who is in the Highland Cemetery in Casper Wyoming. I took the photo and created a site for him because my daughter in law's mother was named Belt. I do not think that he is one of her relatives. I will make the edits but if you have a connections with him and would like to take management of his site to add things that you would like I would gladly transfer it to you. Just request it and I will do so. Thank You for the edits.

|Ron Rader||Ann O'Neill Doran|
Tami, I believe you were the one who just sent me the edit to Ann's memorial? I have her as Ann O'Neill Doran.
I just looked and found that 'Mr.B' has a memorial for: 'Ann Doran "Doran" O'Neill' # 112154689
Which is correct, mine or theirs? Either way, mine is a duplicate--theirs is older. Is her last name Doran--implying she was married to a Doran? Or is it a nickname?
Do they need to change the last name from O'Neill to Doran?
I have no problem with getting rid of my memorial.

I can't recall whether I ever asked you this or not, but do you have any older photos of Oak Grove? I first went to Oak Grove in April 2012, so I would love to find any photos prior to that.
I do have a couple photos I found on the internet that show Oak Grove, but they are only representative of the cemetery in certain areas; such as the entrance. In those photos I've noticed that there are several large oak trees which were no longer in the cemetery when I first visited in 2012.
Many oak and cedar trees have been removed over the past couple years so the cemetery is beginning to look barren. It's getting to the point that they have cut down so many oak trees, that the cemetery will end up being called 'Cedar Grove Cemetery.' LOL
I just love this cemetery, so I would give anything to be able to see pictures of the cemetery from its earlier days.
If you don't have any photos, do you know of anyone that does?
Thank you for the name. We will add them to our list so he will receive a flag on Memorial Day. If you know of other people who have served in the military and are interned at Westlawn-Hillcrest, please send the names so we can add them to our list. Feel free to share this message with others. Thanks, I re-did that section because I had a lot of names without headstones I got off the wood lawn funeral service list. I used that billionsgraves.com site to see if there were HS before going on a adventure hunt and marking it on my maps if there are any. At least know where to look and what it looked liked.
When I finished loading up the HS, Ernest was not there and I covered every inch of that section.Same issue over in the 4th add on. Anyway, thanks for adding the note. I used Headstone not found, so in case somebody request a photo, the peep going out won't be looking for something that is not there.

You're very welcome, Tami. One of the best things about F.A.G. is being able to collaborate. When I saw the note you added to Eliza's memorial about her year of birth, I decided to check the 1850 census, and, wouldn't you know, it suggests a third possible date of birth. I added a detail of the 1850 census as an image to the memorial (with a caption explaining) and also added it to the memorials of three children linked to her. As you'll see from the caption I wrote for the same image on daughter Sarah's memorial, the 1850 census calls into question the accuracy of the DOB on Sarah's tombstone too. Samuel Sr. must be buried in Belmont County? -- Jay

Tami, I re-photographed the South Lawn section in Oct and there was no Headstone for Ernest. Please make a note to that. I been putting mine in the NOTE section, right after the funeral service date.
|Jim-S.||RE: Noyes updates, etc|
Hi Tami- You are welcome and FYI - I started trying to find RC Noyes because my grandpa's sister's son, PM Sholer (134465892), was one of RC's casket bearers and my mom kept the notice from 1958 (the bio info listed came from the notice). The office lady at Mountain View was VERY helpful finding records for him and the other Noyes that I have added, also, the person that took the grave pics went out of her way to help too.
PS-If you wanna read some heartbreaking obits, look at these memorials: Mary V. Avansino Noyes, 1885-1912 (88463059) and her murdering husband, Bide Noyes, 1866-1912, (20724840).
