Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am proud of my family and all those that have come before me and those who will come after me.

I have been researching and putting together my family tree since 1996!

My lineage is as follows & if I created a memorial for someone noted in your family tree, please know they are in mine too.

PORTEOUS - HAVENS - KLINE & many more.
PRICE - VAN HORNE & many more.
PLUSH - BENNETT & many more.

If someone has transferred a memorial to me, please do not ask to have it transferred to you. I only request those that are in my family tree and therefore will keep those.

Any memorials I have added are for the purpose of genealogy research only. Memorials are not intended as an invasion of privacy or for disrespect towards the remaining living family members of the departed.

Keep in mind the internet allows for the ability to obtain birth, marriage, & death certificates on loved one who have passed as well as obituaries. Public records are "PUBLIC".

I will be more than happy to remove a memorial. Please use the "suggestion" edit tab. " Please remove memorial for ..." request is all that is needed - NOTHING MORE! And it will be removed immediately.

If you have any questions in regards to privacy, errors, etc. - see the "Help with Find A Grave" link on the left for further assistance.

Sorry, I'm not related to her. I'm very, very loosely related to the Youngs.

Good Luck

RE: Florence Marie Webb Barbee
I did not get any response back on my last message. Maybe you were too busy with Thanksgiving or maybe you did not get the message?
I found Flossie's gravestone today. She is indeed buried by Vern Briggs. I cleaned up their gravestone today so when the weather gets better I can go back and get good pictures of the grave.
You did not tell me if you want to make a page on Find A Grave for Vern or if you want me to do it, since nobody has made a page for him as yet.

RE: Florence Marie Webb Barbee
OK, thanks for the response.
I got a message back from my contact at the cemetery and she told me where they are all buried.
So, they are all there.
We are supposed to get record or near record rainfall here today and I don't have an underwater camera so won't be going to the cemetery today. :-]
This Sunday looks to be the only day in the next week of more that it is not raining cats and dogs so will probably go up to the cemetery then before my two week time limit to fulfill my picture requests runs out.
They change the weather forecast so much it might not be ok Sunday but time will tell. I will get the pictures one way or the other.
I just checked and found a funeral notice for Vern Briggs. He is buried in Lincoln Memorial cemetery too. The locations I got for Margaret Barbee and Flossie Briggs has one grave space between them. I am now thinking that, that space may very well have Vern Briggs in it. I will find out. He does not have a page yet on Find A Grave. Do you want to make the page for him? If you do, could you put in a request for pics of his grave too.

Florence Marie Webb Barbee
You put in a request for grave pictures of Florence Barbee and a couple others.
The page somebody made for Florence is not right. Don't know if you knew that or not? I have been checking these pages out trying to make sure if there are any problems with them. It is a good thing I did too. If I would have contacted the cemetery tomorrow and ask for a burial location for Florence Barbee they would have gotten back to me and said they have no Florence Barbee in their records.
In studying her I see that she did not die with the name of Barbee. She remarried after her and George Barbee divorced. She remarried to a Vern Briggs. And, to top it off Florence is not even in the death records as Florence Briggs either. She is in the OR death index and her funeral notice in the paper as Flossie Briggs. So, I am going to have to ask my contact at the cemetery for the location of a Flossie Briggs, NOT, Florence Barbee.
I could find nothing in the paper about your Pat Barbee.
The page for Margaret Barbee is problematic also in that the State of OR death index says she was the wife of Marvin and her obit in the paper says she was "Miss Margaret Barbee". Hopefully the cemetery will find her in their records and not tell me they don't have any record of her.

Lewis Allen
According to Cemetery records, Henry Lewis Allen is buried in the Gardner plot, Hall and Edmunds Section D 169. He was buried on Aug. 29 1933, so it would appear to be the same Lewis H. Allen. There is no marker for his grave. His wife, Lennah, is buried with her son Denver is another Section, Riggs 48. I believe this is the correct Lewis H. Allen, but not sure why he is buried within a plot marked Gardner.

Paul and Stella Costello are buried in the Riggs Section of Spring Hill Cemetery. Their daughters, Marjorie and Paulina Whittington are buried in a different Section of the Cemetery named Lynn. I have a plot photo of their markers if you would like them.
