Hello
I am finding extended family relatives buried in this cemetery and you have created several memorials for them. Are you willing to link and update these details? Hopefully you are willing and is so what is your preferred way of receiving the info - direct email for via the edit tab on the memorial.

RE: family
I would absolutely love to go on a trek to Norway someday to visit where my ancestors lived. My Grand Aunt has done this, and that is how she has found out so much about our Norwegian roots. I live in Waterloo, Iowa, but my Norwegian family lived in Hancock County, Iowa, having moved there from Clayton County, and before that, Janesville, Wisconsin. My 3x Great Grandparents came over to the United States in 1850. It's great to meet you cousin. Keep in touch.

RE: family
Indeed, I am Norwegian! My mother is half Norwegian, so I am a quarter. My maternal grandfather's side is where I get my Norwegian. As you saw from my request, you transferred to me my 3x Great Grandmother, who was born in 1817 in Rollag,Norway. Her husband, my 3x Great Grandfather, was born in 1823 also in Rollag, Norway. He is also buried in Norway Lutheran Cemetery. I take it you are Norwegian as well? Perhaps we have some ancestors in common. :)

RE: cousin
Hi Gerald, hope you are well. Yes, Daniel Sickels/les 1805's father is Daniel Sickels/les born 1761. He would be buried Fayette Co., Pa. somewhere. Probably no marker so it may never be found. He probably died about 1844. Write soon.
