I am sorry to say that I will be removing all my personal pictures from memorials I have created and all personal information I personally added to their bio
The reason for this is that since Ancestry took over FAG people have been using my personal photos with out permission and also taking personal information about the person I have added ... I am finding trees with totally wrong info that these people have merged with other info they found somewhere.

People are giving "EDITS" to memorial creators who are not checking them first and there is now a ton of wrong information being posted. The same happens all the time on Ancestry. Yes I have told many that the information they have merged with other information they "found" is very very wrong only to be asked to give them access to my trees
and getting upset when I tell them no. I have been doing Genealogy research for for 42 years now and find that many are just adding "what ever" they find to a tree just to have the number of people in a tree go up - THIS IS NOT true genealogy research!!!

Doing your homework and your own research is what any good genealogy researcher needs to be doing - not just taking info and adding or merging it with others.
