I enjoy walking the cemeteries and photographing the markers. I have done a lot of work in Restland and Grove Hill Cemeteries in Dallas.|

Please contact Waldheim Cemetery to get the specific burial location of your relative. There is a request form online that you can fill out. Thanks.

Thanks so much for the addition to Bernice Parker - she has been a favorite "Saint" of mine since I moved into Hill Country 20 years ago.

|Linda||RE: Winnie Tubbs Renfro|

Could you tell me who Winnie' Tubbs's Renfro husband was?
I am also researching a Winnie Tubbs but have her husband as a Middleton. All the dates are the same. I am thinking perhaps she was married twice. Do you have documentation for her middle name? I have my Winnie's middle name as Eva.

|Kenneth Seguin||Robert P. Keith|
Mr Renfro, do you know if Robert P Keith whose memorial you manage, is the same R.P. Keith who was Dallas Chief of Police during 1905-1906? Having been born in 1866 would put him at about the right age to hold office. He is the only R.P. Keith showing a memorial in Dallas County.
|Ken Davis||Fire on USS FORRESTAL|
Hi, Mr. Renfro...
You list Seaman Kenneth DYKE among those killed in the FORRESTAL fire - but he wasn't. DYKE was lost overboard at 0315, 29 July; the fire started at 1052. His body was not recovered.
You can review various documents associated with DYKE's Coffelt Database record by calling him up from
It doesn't make any difference, of course, but I thought I'd set the record straight.
