I l♥ve walking through cemeteries & taking photo's. I enjoy researching my family tree & helping others with theirs. |
No longer having desktop internet I find it tedious work to answer request right away from a cell phone. It may take me a long time before updating pages or transferring memorials over BUT I do eventually answer any & all requests and enjoy adding to bios.
If anyone would like family or close friends to be transferred over to you please let me know. I'd be more than happy to have someone I entered in to be maintained by loved ones. ☺
I occasionally research additional information for the memorials I've added to link them to their family and to help relatives who are searching for them. This may include obituaries, census, death, marriage & birth records as well as military records. If you'd like to double check any of my researched information below is a list of sources used. Thanks very much!
I really appreciate it.
|Anonymous||RE: Misleading Amelia Jaresh info|
You're right I'll at least correct it in Charles Jaresh Sr's bio. Anyone who sees the link that was created from Amelia to Charles Sr would see the mistake being corrected on Charles Sr's page.
|Anonymous||Amelia Lawrence Jaresh misinfo|
Thank you for the information you've collected about my gr-grandfather, Charles Jaresh Sr. I appreciate having his memorial transferred over to me. Long ago I contacted the manager of Amelia Jaresh's memorial about correcting the mistake made assuming my gr-grandfather, Charles Jaresh Sr. was her husband. I never received a reply back. Right family wrong husband! LOL
Amelia's husband, Charley Jr Jaresh died some years after his wife, Amelia, in Oakland, CA (1930s.) There were no children! I can see where the wrong assumptions were made without documentation or realistically looking at the different dates to put it all into perspective. Only so much we can do to correct mistakes I guess! Thank You Again!

Hello: The beautiful memorial you created for my mother in 2006 was the first time I "accidentally" discovered Find A Grave. That led me to hours and hours of my own work here, very much enriching my life and the lives of many of my friends and family. Thank you so much for all you do. Happy Mothers Day. Oh, do I have a story to tell you about the elusive and yet, "I finally found the man who abandoned my grandfather!" I know who this man's really identity is! William Edward Myers, Sr! Scoundrel! lol
|alexander ross||Cronkrite burials|
Herman Clayton Cronkrite's mother, Nancy Hughson died somewhere between 1881, Cardwell, Ontario and Tacoma (1900). I note from Find A Grave that Herman's father, James and his brothers Oliver and George are also buried in Tacoma. Is there any chance that a record can be found for Nancy Hughson / Cronkrite?
Nancy was an older sister to my great grandmother Eliza Hughson.

|Dianna ||Louis Holloway Winters burial site|
My name is Dianna Hale-Mattingly and just yesterday Patricia (Bittle) Milholland and I found the cemetery of Louis Holloway Winters. It is located in Miller County Missouri off of Hwy 17 on property belonging to Alan & Karen Schulte. However, Mrs. Kempker drove us to the cemetery site.
It is in major disrepair, the fence is mostly down. Trees and limbs are fallen and there is recent evidence of cattle roaming through the cemetery.
There is only one stone that is legible and that is the more recent replaced stone of Louis Holloway Winters although his old stone remains. All the other stones are down and broken and there were only three other's that had partial legible writing on them. There are several rocks which might indicate graves too.
Just thought I would let you know the actual location of this cemetery is in Miller County, Missouri

|Carol Richardson||More info please...|
Hello, I recently found out that a guy I dated for a while, & was even egaged had passed back in 2008 --it's 2014. I wasn't able to find any info, & have not had contact with him since 1976 or 1976. Just curious.
Also I'd moved back to WA from TX -- born in Ft Worth, & lived in Arlington, Weatherford, & Austin, to name a few. Moved to Federal Way WA, & then enlisted in USAF from 1975 to 1979, & was stationed there. Then after getting out moved to WA, & have been here ever since.
